This needs to be a lot longer, and include both criticisms of "alternative medicine" and more on what techniques are involved. I resisted the urge to add pseudoscience, faith healing, and quackery to the see also list.

- I agree. This article also suffers the same deficit of concrete facts as does the recently added "CAM" section in Experimental cancer treatment which mentions "therapies" and "substances" but does not mention a single one to at least orient the reader. -- Lexor 08:41, 3 Aug 2003 (UTC)
