As of 2004 Sep 10, this category certainly includes many people who should be in it only indirectly, via Category:French Resistance members, since it has nothing but bios and appears to have been used in lieu of that (previously absent) subcat. Someone, preferably with an acquaintance with the subject, needs to examine each of the following to be sure which are people who tried to hunt down the FR, allies in SOE who didn't stay long enough to be called members, etc. (Klaus Barbie, e.g. belongs in Category:French Resistance either directly or indirectly, but not in or via Category:French Resistance members), and strike their names thru, in either case, once they have been re-categorized into Category:French Resistance members or been ruled out for that destination.
