Right. This seems to be a straightforward delete. If I was familiar with what to do in this kind of situation, I'd probably have marked the article for speedy deletion. It appears to be in Polish, has no wikification whatsoever, and 'www.koluszki.net' in the version history suggests a possible copyvio. What little I could translate with online services gives such text as "City as well parish Koluszki pooone s on rodkowej reverent voivodship , eastwards ex towns vested as well under consideration administrative docket until powiatu ódzkiego oriental (www.lodzkiwschodni.pl)."
