Should this not be HE Act now? a HE Act page I think exists.

Yes, it should be at Higher Education Act 2004, but somebody's made a stub there which will need deleting first. (We should probably have a redirect at Higher Education Act as well, but the name+year format should be the target.) - IMSoP 17:44, 10 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
This is the absolute antithesis of a contraversial move. You shouldn't (read: don't) need to do an RM for this.
