This is a recipe, and as far as I know a recipe doesn't qualify as a Wikipedia article. Hoary 08:37, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- PS perhaps this could/should instead be moved to the HowTo section of the Grand Universal Wiki Project For The Sum Of Human Knowledge; sorry but I don't know how to effect this. Anyway, I've nothing against the content of this article, which seems to me a lot more valuable than a lot of the articles that bring stout defences on the Vfd page. Hoary 08:44, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- I don't like deleting recipes. They're pretty useful, and they keep coming back anyway. I know I'm going against the flow, but I say keep. --Woggly 09:24, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Transwiki to Wikibooks Cookbook --Tony Sidaway|Talk 12:16, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Merge with pumpkin unless pumpkin is already too big. --Rebroad 13:17, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- If you look at Apple Pie, you'll see that one good way of dealing with recipes is to put them on the cookbook and then create an encyclopedia entry which contains an invocation of the cookbook template. This has the advantage of placing the recipe into the correct wikibook and still making it accessible via wikipedia. --Tony Sidaway|Talk 13:48, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Sounds good to me. Er, would someone else care to do it? In my particular timezone, it's getting late and I fear I'm too sleepy to do that and not screw up somewhere. Thanks! Hoary 15:16, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Done. I don't know who is supposed to release the VfD and how, but I suggest that if we're all agreed on this the VfD can be removed now. --Tony Sidaway|Talk 19:33, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)

- The article looks great now. Thank you Tony! Keep this revision. GRider\talk 21:37, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Seconded. Well done. I'd remove the notice right now, but that might not give interested parties long enough to read this. If nobody has removed it in a couple of days, I'll do so. (I hope I wouldn't thereby be breaking any rules -- but if I am, fire me!) Hoary 02:44, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Transwiki to the cookbook. --Improv 06:26, 2 Dec 2004 (UTC)
