Website started last december. Gets one google hit [1], and an alexa rating of 21,087 [2]. Article admits that it has a small user base. Not notable. DaveTheRed 21:10, 11 Mar 2005 (UTC)

- Keep Digg is a strong site that is growing in popularity every day. The term is being adopted quickly as daily lingo, and is synonymous with "I saw that and found it interesting or worthwhile" as in "I digged an article about Wikipedia.". If Slashdot deserves a page on Wikipedia, as I believe it does, then so should Digg.com

- Keep Note that Google automatically only gives one hit when searching for "foo.com". If you click one of the links below it, you'll note that 8,670 sites LINK to digg.com, and 121,000 CONTAIN the term "digg.com".

- Oops. Didn't see that. Still think it could possibly be deleted due to the fact that its so new and has a small user base. But my vote isn't as strong anymore. DaveTheRed 21:50, 11 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep, cleanup and expand. Megan1967 23:55, 11 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, by it's design, this site attracts links. Maybe later on, when their user base is bigger and there's some verifiable cultural impact somewhere. Wyss 01:47, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)

- Keep Well, this encouraged me to finally get a Wikipedia account. I need to work on some of your arcade (full size arcade game) pages anyhow. About Digg, it isn't a large site, but I consider it a noteworthy one. It is the first worthwhile site that I am aware of it give editorial control back to the readers. (Not just to submit, but to promote stories to the front page.) This factor makes it an interesting data point in peer-to-peer journalism. Actually, I think this article should also be expanded to add in the benefits and flaws of this model. For example, really cool links from 1998 seem unavoidable in a peer edited story list. Also the changing of group desires over time and the influence of a vocal minority. FWIW, digg is referenced on the Slashdot entry.) Jmccorm 19:44, 18 Mar 2005 (UTC).

- Keep It's nice to see that some people have the foresight to not only be a repository for news, but a built in reflection of public interest where peole choose what news they want. Ultimately this is a refreshing change from traditional media where specific groups of individuals determine what hits the airwaves, paper, or web. People choose! This is what my country (US) is supposed to be all about!

- Keep Digg is currently my #1 site for news. Due to its intelligent system of users adding and "digging" (supporting) links, the news gets to the front page faster than all other sites, including slashdot. Please keep the Digg page on Wikipedia.
- Keep I love this site for my tech news!

- Keep I contributed a lot to fixing this article up, not to mention it's a great site with a lot of presence on the web (Google / Alexa presence). --Hoovernj 02:29, 29 Mar 2005 (UTC)
