Is his name Георгій Кирпа or Георгій Кірпа?

not sure. google lists 1820 direct references to the first and over 7000 to the second, however BBC's Ukrainian service uses the former.

Георгій Кірпа is the correct name.

I have a whole bunch of objections to present article's state:

total abuse of "he" word
evidently one-sided non-critical view of the business career (why don't we reflect the dominating view of Kirpa as a hypercorruptioner?)
no bio details
and of course unsufficient referencing.

The passage about Kirpa's "rising tariffs" is evidently false: Ukrzaliznytsia, as a state-run monopoly, doesn't regulate its own tariffs (the government does). Wishes, Ukrained 18:39, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Contentious info

I just removed a lot of unsourced info from the article; in particular in reference to what caused his suicide and to his work ridding corruption at the railway. Any/all of that info may be re-added, but only if reliable sources are provided to support it. Wikipedia cannot be a venue to portray unsourced rumors or speculation.
