A neologism whose "first recorded instance ... was on 18th December 2004" -- i.e., the same day it was created. -- Antaeus Feldspar 22:22, 18 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete, hovering near prankiness, too. Wyss 23:18, 18 Dec 2004 (UTC)

- Delete, and I'm pretty sure that "afking" has been used longer than that. From a quick search on google I found that this neologism/compuer game slang has been used many times before this first recoreded instance. Jeltz 00:45, 2004 Dec 19 (UTC)
- Delete, it's nonsense. "afk" is at least 15 years old. - Vague | Rant 05:46, Dec 19, 2004 (UTC)
- Redirect to AFK which already exists. This is a real term, I've seen it in use for several years since the late 1990s and it may have been in use prior to that. Doesn't need its own article though. [[User:GRider|GRider\talk]] 17:24, 20 Dec 2004 (UTC)
