Renders a flag icon and wikilink to U.S. Virgin Islands. This template is equivalent to {{flag|United States Virgin Islands}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code and FIFA code for United States Virgin Islands as a shorthand editing convenience.
You can also use {{ISV}} (which is a redirect to this template) because "ISV" is the IOC code for United States Virgin Islands.
