Richard L. Routh is on the faculty of USC Upstate in the Department of Informatics. He can be reached via email at rrouth@uscupstate.edu. Ric Routh is also the President and Chairman of the Board of The GINESYS Corporation [1]. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Informatics Professional Corporation [2]. He is also the co-host of the Executive IT Forum--a monthly information and discussion forum for CIOs and IT DIrectors in the Upstate region of South Carolina.

Dr. Routh has a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence (from the Air Force Institute of Technology), an M.S. in Computer Systems (from A.F.I.T.), an M.A. in Business Management (from U. of P., AZ), and a B.S. in Applied Engineering (from U.S.M.A. at West Point, NY).
